Brief
Our office is involved with projects of the seismic upgrading of existing buildings in accordance with Tama 38. In addition to the strengthening of the buildings, the construction usually includes expansion of existing units and the addition of apartments above the existing building.
Separate foundation systems are usually required for the additional construction.
