The project consisted of the construction of an educational institution for pre-school children as well as a synagogue. The site is located on a steep slope which required different ground floor levels as well as temporary and permanent support of an existing road.
- The subsurface at the site consists of chalk and marly chalk.
- Permanent and temporary anchors and rock bolts were installed into the chalk.
- The foundation system consisted of drilled piles.
